Hello all, welcome to Burley Fudge Shop’s blog. We are a small family candy business in the UK which began in April 2010. We make traditional handmade fudge and also run a successful online store selling all our delicious homemade fudge (and truffles!) direct to the public, and we now have more than 1500 retail customers across the world, including some of the high street names such as Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, The Body Shop, Superdrug and many more.

The Burley Fudge Shop in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire, is a pretty little shop, dating from 1887, This Is Hampshire (thisishampshire.co.uk). It was once the ‘Red Lion Inn’ (circa 1366) and is now regarded as one of the oldest public houses in the UK still trading. Inside you will find a grand oak staircase and a magnificent carved over-mantel dating to 1660. It is a Regency Treats shop as well as a traditional pub, so we aim to serve up some delicious treats with our drinks.
